Grant; Recipe by Lauren Chattman) WHAT YOU'LL NEED 2 tablespoons walnut pieces 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced 1 large egg 2 tablespoons honey HOW TO: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread nuts on a baking sheet and toast until fragrant, 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool completely and finely chop. 2. Turn heat to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unfold thawed puff pastry sheet on top of paper. Prick all over with a fork. Place in freezer for 15 minutes. 3.
